Q. Do you offer shipping to APO address?
A. Yes. Certain products can be shipped to APO. If the item is not available to ship APO it will be marked in the item description. You can always open an account with APO Box™.com
Q. Do you offer wholesale to business?
A. Yes please contact us on the contact us link, with quantity needed or email dkssupport@gmail.com and put wholesale in subject line. Q.Do you carry everything in stock?
A.Yes. We are not a drop-ship reseller, we have our own warehouse and keep it stocked with all our items listed on the site. However, due to volume orders on some items we may be delayed on a particular item, but it will always be back in stock in a short period of time. If an item is backordered, the customer will be notified.
Q. I have a favorite product, can you add it to the list in the future?

Q.Do you have a retail location?
A. No. Just the internet
Q. Do you ship to prisons?
A. No. Previously, we have shipped to prisons before but found that these shipments were being rejected as the items were not appropriate. If you do choose to ship to a prison, and it is not spotted by our shipping department and stopped, and your package is rejected by the prison, we cannot provide a refund.
Q.Do you provide insurance to APO/FPO?
A. No. Due to the troops always on the move and packages that get lost, we can not provide insurance but we can show proof of shipment, we cannot be responsible for APO/FPO packages once they leave our facility.
Q. Is it safe to shop with my credit card?
A. Yes, all credit cards are processed via PayPal or GoogleCheckout which makes your transaction secure.
